I spent a whole day in Capri and didn’t want to leave. The Blue Grotto and a boat tour around the island were highlights as well as a ski lift ride up to the top of the island. Honeymooners abound, the air was full of romance and it was easy to see why with the Mediterranean blue waters and isolation of being on an island. I took a bus all the way to Anacapri and for whatever reason, decided to walk back. I was alone on the trail back down to the port and felt like I had the entire island to myself, passing by religious shrines and dodging the occasional car on the winding road. The views were unreal, food was expensive so I waited until I got back to Sorrento but couldn’t help myself from having some limoncello in the afternoon.
